I have been with Mendiola for a few months now and am very happy with my experience.
Dr. Mendiola had a very positive experience with him. He is down-to-earth, kind, and easy to talk to, which makes appointments feel comfortable and productive. He listens carefully and takes the time to explain things clearly. The care team has also been excellent responsive, organized, and on top of scheduling. Everyone has been consistently kind and helpful. Overall, the practice is well-run and supportive, and I would recommend it without hesitation.
I fall short of words when it comes to give a review to Dr. Mendiola and staff, not only for their professionalism and kindness. I came to Dr. Mendiola's practice a little over a year with severe depression, anxiety and fibromyalgia and I never thought I was ever gonna feel normal again, but Dr. Mendiola started treating me as If I was his only patient and he was determined to do what ever it took to help me. Dr. Mendiola is an exceptional doctor. He is very caring, understanding, and truly listens without rushing. His bedside manner is excellent, and he always makes me feel heard and respected. He provides thoughtful, individualized care and takes the time to explain options clearly. His staff is also very kind, helpful, and supportive, which makes the entire experience even better. I am very grateful to be under his care and highly recommend him.
My personal experience seeing Dr. Mendiola has been excellent. He always shows concern for my well being. He asks me good questions to make sure I’m doing well. Overall, he is a great psychiatrist.
