I loved my experience here, staff was wonderful and they helped me when nobody else would. But they swindle you HARD on interest. I have a 17.9% rate on an 09 corolla for 16,900. Tell me how I'm paying 25,700? When I do the math how it should be thats equal to nearly a 50% rate of interest on a 14 year old car.. The math does not add up and even after going over this with the finance company, nobody seems interested in answering me honestly. Wish I could give no stars, I bought my car 4 months ago and it died and needs a new engine due to their negligence they sold me a lemon. I have no car and they are not helping me at all. They keep saying well you should have got the extended warranty.... but that's over 100 extra a month and as it is I pay over 500 a month. They sell people lemons and expect you to just deal with it. Will never buy another car from them.
Horrible service and doesn’t bother mentioning of important information until after papers are signed. Doesn’t follow through what payments were suppose to be and upped payments without notifying customer. Do not recommend
