Terrible terrible experience. We applied for a car in 2023 and we ended up going with a truck at K&R in auburn but was told after it showed on our credit report that all 7 hard inquiries from them would group into 1 after we purchase a car, even after purchasing a car with a different company. Here we are in 2025 and it still shows up on me and my boyfriend's credit as 7 separate hard inquiries with no movement or help on their end. I loved my experience here, staff was wonderful and they helped me when nobody else would. But they swindle you HARD on interest. I have a 17.9% rate on an 09 corolla for 16,900. Tell me how I'm paying 25,700? When I do the math how it should be thats equal to nearly a 50% rate of interest on a 14 year old car.. The math does not add up and even after going over this with the finance company, nobody seems interested in answering me honestly. Wish I could give no stars, I bought my car 4 months ago and it died and needs a new engine due to their negligence they sold me a lemon. I have no car and they are not helping me at all. They keep saying well you should have got the extended warranty.... but that's over 100 extra a month and as it is I pay over 500 a month. They sell people lemons and expect you to just deal with it. Will never buy another car from them.
Horrible service and doesn’t bother mentioning of important information until after papers are signed. Doesn’t follow through what payments were suppose to be and upped payments without notifying customer. Do not recommend
