My name is Rory Stenlund (USAF)-Vietnam Veteran. And I post that April Roth, RN-a so called nurse for Dr. Sudah Meraney @ Lee County VA Healthcare Center in Cape Coral, Florida is a very bad joke. If and when she returns your phone calls she acts like she is doing you a favor (It's her job for F#*K'S sake) I am certain she does not like her job! (just saying)!
They send you to theEmergency Room when you are really sick with Covid-19 and when they received the bill for your ER and ICU stay, they DO NOT pay for the charges.
RecommendedPhoned for help for a friend. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. You know they must be busy but they were all so very nice.
My uncle was here a long time ago, facility was nice and clean, staff was mostly friendly.
A total wonderful surprise from Philadelphia. Very clean and helpful. Very informative and kind for the first time I was thanked for my service was at this place. For years in Philadelphia never heard that at all. I actually in joy going here because they are so nice. Keep up the wonderful work guys.
👍 Generally 👍. Nice clean facility and generally friendly staff. Occasionally, one staff member can get nasty...but it is not often. The most aggravating thing I did not like is being told to another worker in front of my face was the comment of “Well, that’s 15 seconds of my life I’ll never get back....NEXT!”! I asked WHY they could not contact my Dr in his office...because the computers were down. When I asked could one of them KNOCK at the door...that was his rude response.
Considering all the issues the VA has keeping doctors, I have to say the Cape Coral VA is very efficient and supportive!
