On March 31 2023 these 4 EMS Guys helped me with my heart Issue better than any Emergency room they explained Every thing and after three hours medicine I took finally Lowered the heart rate When they left I was happy I did not have to go to the emergency room D. Lias Virginia Ave Ft Myers
They are unprofessional, rude and lack in bed side manners. They are EMS not DOCTORS. EMS is NOT qualified to make a diagnosis and determine who goes to the ER and doesn't. I would never call Lee County EMS. They need better training for their technicians, especially when it comes to the elderly.
