This new PA here..helping out .is kinda of a jerk..so sorry to bother him for paperwork..that is now a visit..for a provider that has never seen me .sorry .not my problem..I'm frustrated and he feels attacked ..ok pal..get a grip!
I write this with disappointment. Dr. Lee is a wonderful physician, one of few that cares about the patients and not the money. The lady who runs the front desk, on the other hand; is rude, dispassionate, and has to be right above all else. Several times I have heard her say “I made that call myself” and “I personally left a message” not once indicating she actually spoke with a patient or listen to their needs. I’m pretty familiar with healthcare in America, And have to say he has somebody who is visiting out of town that Lee Health and the entire experience felt positive and refreshing. We all know the game of over treatment and overbilling, I was paying cash with no out-of-state insurance and a visitor from out of town. It was nice to be treated completely not being treated simply to rack up a large bill. I received was thorough and considerate. Sharon was fantastic. She read my full history before I even saw her. Always answer my questions and concerns in my chart too. I love the welcome staff and the medical assistant they are super friendly and great at checking in. The room is clean too nothing bad about this place or people
