God Forbid you draw the short straw and end up with this appraiser. He has no problem accepting assignments in areas in which he's not a member of the MLS. He doesn't answer the phone, or respond to messages. He doesn't use a comp of a smaller house that sold for $2k less then your larger house across the street.
