Purchased a Jeep Renegade here. Drove off the lot with all sensor warning lights on. Randy assured me service would correct the issues. Never happened. On top of that almost locked myself out of vehicle the next day because key fob didnt work. Had to drive from port charlotte back to get it corrected. Never again. Just another cut and run used car dealer! Doug S.

My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Randy Merritt at Lee Auto. We went in on a Saturday and it was fairly busy. Randy had other appointments and did a wonderful job juggling each customer. He gave us many options. Randy and Shannon in finance answered any questions we had and it was clear that they were very knowledgable about everything. Overall, Randy made the process extremely easy and we made our purchase the same day. Highly recommend Randy.

I recently bought a really nice Ford Escape from this dealership after visiting 4 other dealerships in my neighborhood. The reason I choose to go with this place is because of the professionalism and sales person Tim being very unpushy (which is typically the case); informative and helpful. They also had a huge selection of really nice cars to pick from. Very pleased with my purchase.
Tim Hard was the most humble salesman. He listened and was very attentive to my concerns involving the BMW. He did an amazing job assuring me that I was making a good BMW choice. I drove home with a beautiful 2018 BMW.
Amazing customer service!!! Dennis was awesome in assisting us with the Jeep buying experience and was able to work with our budget. Both Dennis and Jay (Finance) were responsive and respectful of our time. They were able to process the paperwork ahead of time so we spent very little time in the dealership when we were ready to pick-up the Jeep. We love the Jeep!
