I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. One thing I noticed about their office was that it was neat and clean. I wasn't really greeted when I walked through the door, but when I asked for directions at the information desk, they were friendly and helpful. I was seen very quickly (within 15 minutes) compared to another oncologist's office where I had been used to waiting for 1 to 2 hours to be seen! I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
