I highly recommend this place for both staying and living. It is an excellent and cozy apartment. The landlord, Melissa, is exceptionally kind and helpful. She went above and beyond by assisting me in retrieving a misdelivered package, even after I had moved out!

I've stayed at units hosted by Melissa and the experience has been fantastic. She is responsive, attentive and her units always match the description. I foresee staying in other units managed by her in the future.

Don't expect any contact with the landlord unless you're interested in living there the next year, this means you should expect to just forfeit your deposit unless you want to go through a small claims court. However if they don't contact you after 21 days, they forfeit their hold on the deposit and you can get up to double the deposit if you decide to go down this route.
