I stayed for three months and this was a great apartment! The rent is reasonable while maintaining nice access to downtown via bus and train. Within a few minutes walk, there are stations for both bus and train, and several supermarkets (including H mart, which would be especially helpful for people from east asia like me). I really appreciate Airbnb host Melissa for her kind response and support. I will use this apartment again when visiting Seattle.

I highly recommend this place for both staying and living. It is an excellent and cozy apartment. The landlord, Melissa, is exceptionally kind and helpful. She went above and beyond by assisting me in retrieving a misdelivered package, even after I had moved out!

I've stayed at units hosted by Melissa and the experience has been fantastic. She is responsive, attentive and her units always match the description. I foresee staying in other units managed by her in the future.
