Genuinely good person. Ms. Wynns spotted an error I made in a phone number on a website, and she spent a bit of her own time to give me a heads up about it. There was nothing in it for her. She did it just to be nice. Note: I'm not writing this review from the perspective of a property buyer; I'm a consultant. Everyone is so busy, and the real estate business is competitive - it's refreshing to see small acts of real kindness.
Lee Ann is simply the best! She made what could have been a stressful process selling our parent's house feel easy and enjoyable. Her deep understanding of the market, combined with her friendly and approachable demeanor, made my family feel confident and well-informed throughout. She was always one step ahead, ensuring everything went smoothly. I’m so grateful for her hard work and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!
Lee Ann Wynns with Dorsey Alston provided excellent seller's representation when we sold our home. She was professional, responsive and provided excellent advice both pre- and during the sale process. She also provided the right amount of information along the way and sent reminders often as to what steps where up next and what we needed to get done that week. We first met Lee Ann Wynns in 2019 when she represented the sellers and we were the buyers. We respected the way she handled the transaction so much that we hired her to represent us in our next transaction in 2024. We have been on both sides of negotiations with Lee Ann.
