Had a simple extraction done here, the whole process was incredibly smooth and everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentist herself, everyone treated me with kindness and compassion. Scheduling was a breeze was able to get a quick appointment. They made me feel comfortable the day of the procedure as well ! Would definitely recommend

I've been going to dentists for more than 60 years and it's never an enjoyable experience. There is always pain, and since I have strong gag reflexes, getting x-rays taken is a difficult experience for both me and the hygienist. I recently switched to Park Dental, and wish I'd done it years ago. I had my dental visit this week, and for the very first time I didn't gag and there was no pain whatsoever. Park Dental has some serious staffing issues. For the past 3 years, I literally get a call at the very last minute before every cleaning appointment saying that they have to cancel our appointments since they don't have a hygieniest available. No matter what Park Dental I try, I always run into this problem. Our family will no longer be giving our business to Park Dental and will be switching to a dentist with more reliable staffing.

Would not recommend going here if you have a dental emergency. I knew I needed a root canal and instead I had my abscess tooth filled by the doctor even after explaining that the type of pain I was having was clearly nerve pain and told them that I was about to leave the country and had 12 hours of flights; the pain after the filling was so bad that I had to ice my face daily and could hardly do my job but when I called and told the doctor they said it sounded normal… When I called on a weekend because of the increased inten... read more

The hygienists and dentist were professional and attentive, and overall, I had a positive experience with the care I received. However, I’m disappointed with the billing process. I had a small chipped tooth that I was unsure about fixing, and after being assured on two separate occasions that it would cost me $118 with insurance, I decided to move forward with the procedure.
