I rang the practice when I was in pain and was fitted in the following day. Dr Lee and staff, Nathalie, Kim and Hannah showed great care and empathy. Dr Lee and his team performed the first treatment of root canal therapy in that session. Their professionalism, care and empathy was amazing. I even had a follow up call from Dr Lee the next morning. What a wonderful group of people! Thank you all. Almost looking forward to my next treatment. 😬
Lee is a consummate professional, providing the highest level of dental service I have experienced. However, the exceptional service starts the moment you enter the practice with an amazing receptionist, I strongly recommend this practice.
I have had multiple root canal problems since 2013. I couldn't recommend Dr Alexander Lee more highly. He's patient and caring and professional and wish I could bring him up the coast because we've moved.
