Office Personnel The office staff without a doubt are the most hateful group of ladies that I've ever encountered in a medical office. Their arrogance is second to none. They have forgotten the meaning of compassion! It is shameful how they are allowed to treat the patients both on the phone and in the office. Without the patients they would not have their jobs!
