Beautiful homes. Very well built. Love their Floorplans. The Carlton is my favorite.
I live in a DSLD home adjacent to homes being built by Holiday. They have subcontractors that are disrespectful of current homeowners and when I approached their superintendent he was absolutely rude and berated me. Can’t imagine a new homeowner would want to deal with man.
We love our home in Gulf Shores but don’t purchase based on the warranty. It’s very difficult to get Holiday Builders to resolve warranty claims and some are never taken care of. You will end up having to take care of it yourself. This aspect has made our purchase a very disappointing experience.
