Professional, friendly and talented. I've been a patient for several years and each visit has been positive. Jeffrey is efficient, the hygienists are thorough and considerate and the offices are clean & comfortable.
Their service is great until you have a problem with them. They are quite unprofessional, uncaring, and rude when you have a disagreement. My family had some major issues with our home and had to cancel our appointments the same day. They charged us an exorbitant amount of money for the cancellation, and were unwilling to bend on it at all. When trying to switch to another dentist, they are now holding our records as we still owe them some of the ridiculous cancellation fee. Steer clear!!!!
