We had ants coming into our home and was devastated. We keep a super clean house and seeing swarms of ants in our kitchen is something that has never happened before. I called Ledford and the friendly lady (sorry I don't remember her name) at the other end of the phone made an appointment for someone to come out the very next day. Ledfords does a great job. The techs are always friendly with my dogs and office ladies always accommodating.
Piss Poor customer services from this company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I contacted this company to get my rental home sprayed for german roaches and my parents home around the corner for a regular service. 2 weeks later the exterminator comes out to do the follow ups and he explained to my mom and me that BOTH follow ups would be free. A week later I get a bill for $95. I Immediately called the office and explained to her that the service tech stated it was a free follow up for both properties. Instead of waiving the f... read more
My son and I called Ledford to service my personal home and a piece of rental property owned by my son. Very professional tech arrived and he immediately stated that I had to pay for the services before he could proceed. I immediately called the office and paid for my service of $100.00 as charged and he began my work. We then proceeded to the rental property and same thing I had to pay for the services before he could begin I immediately called the office to pay the $100.00 which is what they said would be the rate.
