Piss Poor customer services from this company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I contacted this company to get my rental home sprayed for german roaches and my parents home around the corner for a regular service. 2 weeks later the exterminator comes out to do the follow ups and he explained to my mom and me that BOTH follow ups would be free. My son and I called Ledford to service my personal home and a piece of rental property owned by my son. Very professional tech arrived and he immediately stated that I had to pay for the services before he could proceed. I immediately called the office and paid for my service of $100.00 as charged and he began my work.
