every experience i have had with ledford's has been positive. fantastic techs, as personable as they are knowledgeable. very thorough as well. the folks who answer the phones are also really nice and make scheduling a breeze. i would recommend them!
No ethic diversity, uncomfortable atmosphere. A feeling of being unwanted and only tolerated was felt. Would recommend a more progressive company to do business with. Columbia is a culturally diverse location. I got the vibe this business only likes certain individuals.
I want to especially shout out our technician Ryan, he is above and beyond in all areas. We have a son on the spectrum and Ryan has visited a couple times and he makes sure he’s accommodating and inclusive towards our son’s needs.
