Have been going to Dr Ledakis for almost 25years. I like the low turnover on staff. Which happens to be very knowledgeable. Also a plus is their own dental lab.
Dr. Banks was really nice. I liked him a lot. The Dental Tech was awesome too, her name started with a G I think. She was really nice. Thank you for taking care of me.
It was wonderful but too expensive for us, but we will recommend him to friends always. Best dentist ever.
The front staff were great. The dental hygenist was wonderful. There were problems with taking the digital x-rays (something with the computer). My appointment lasted 2 hours for a cleaning and x-ray. It was recommended that I get a custom mouthpiece for sleeping at night. I was told the cost for this is inexpensive. It ended up costing $400 (out of pocket $200 for me). Not blaming the dentist as I should have requested the cost upfront. The dentist is holding the mouthpiece until I can come up with the money to pay for it.
In all my 66 years of dental care, Dr. John Ledakis and his staff have provided me the most professional, understanding, caring and high-level of dentistry I have experienced. The patience and caring Dr. Ledakis exhibits in rectifying my bite problem is invaluable to me. I'm very stressed each and every time I have an appointment, but Dr. Ledakis helps alleviate that stress with his calm demeanor, friendliness and explanation of the problem.
