My only issue is the accounting process.... Sent a check on 6/12/17 did not clear until the end of June, plus I had a late charge of $6.00. Now I sent my last payment to you on on July 1,2017antfor the balance and as of today 7/13th it has not cleared. Mine was an emergency visit and I was in pain. My Dentist was closed for the holiday week and Dr. Ledakis was covering for him. Dr. Ledakis' office staff arranged for me to come in the same day I called. I couldn't have asked for a nicer, more professional Dentist & staff. Dr. Ledakis is extremely knowledgable and offered options for my situation without standing to gain anything. He prescribed medication to get me through the ordeal and sent my x-ray to my Dentist. Excellent experience as always!
I was overwhelmed with the time Dr. Ledakis and Dr. B took to go over the dental plan we had in place for treatment. Not only were they friendly but realistic on what was needed first. I would recommend anyone to his office. Also - once you see the view from the office you'll be sure to return.
Dr. Ledakis & staff are professional & know all the latest cosmetic dental procedures. Dr. Ledakis is gentle and thorough. He makes going to the dentist a pleasure!
Hygienist spoke about personal matters nonstop the entire time I was in the chair, including the graphic details of her friend with cancers' symptoms. She also made me alarmed about, what Doctor Ledakis told me a couple years ago was just a simple abrasion on my tooth. She told me it appeared the enamel actually was more highly damaged than I was told in my prior appointment, and that it needed to be filled. Let me first start off by saying the office is absolutely beautiful!! The view of the water is breath taking. You forget all about being in a dentists office. I'd say 50% of my fear and anxiety went away the moment I walked in lol. The staff was very friendly and introduced themselves by name which was nice. Dr. Ledakis was very informative. The office has a very warm feeling. I'm happy with the choice I made of coming to this office and I will certainly be returning! Keep up the great work guys!
