First time buying from here and will never buy again. I made an order 3 weeks ago (JULY 1st) from what policy says it would take my item from 2-7 business days to process and to ship out. On July 13 I was told by email that because of it being the busy season it was taking a little longer than expected. Tried to be understanding. I've been lectron customer for 4 years. In the four years that I've submitted five orders four of which being for replacement parts on their subpar quality builds. This company will leave you hanging waiting for your parts. I thought maybe it was just a logistics problem one time but every time this is the story and I don't want anyone else to go through this frustration. I’ve been riding Lectron carbs for 10 years now on multiple bikes, and I love them! I’ve used the Legacy carb, the H-series carb, the Billetron mini carb, and I just ordered my first H-series EVO carb. I hate messing around with needles and jets, but with the Lectron carb you just drop it in and it works — it really works! I never have to tinker with carb settings any more. I love it! This is the single best upgrade on any of my bikes. Go Lectron!!!
These guys really have the exceptional service thing down!!! I requested a call back and within hours, they contacted me...not only that, but because it wasn't convenient at the time I received the call, they scheduled for a call back at a time that I could be sure to ask PLENTY of questions AND they DID call at that time!!!
