I was very dissatisfied with Dr. Smith. He didn't want to listen to us when we tried to tell him something. The nurses and receptionist were great though!! I'll never go back.
My son broke his wrist and was scared to death when we got here the next day. He was worried they were going to have to do surgery. Rhett and the nurse (didn't catch her name) took awesome care of my son and made him feel a lot better. Did a great job with his cast and made him feel like he was very important with everything that they did. Also I used doctor smith 12 years ago for my broken leg and he did such a great cosmetic job when it came to cutting open my knee. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

We were on vacation and our friend broke his leg riding his motorcycle. They got us in right away, and the entire staff was so kind and helpful. It was a great experience and as a nurse I highly recommend them!
My husband and I had a minor motorcycle wreck in Nashville on our way to Sturgis, SD. My husband, Billy, hurt his leg and could not stand on it at all. So when we reached Pigeon Forge, TN, I started looking for a good orthopedic doctor.! By the grace of God, I found LeConte Orthopedics. They fit us in and took awesome care of Billy. Not happy at all. Had an appt and the two or tho doctors said I needed shoulder surgery. They setup preop and was ready to go then I go for what supposed to preop for the surgeon to say I don't need it. We'll even my doctor disagreed and is sending me for another opinion, cause if three doctors say I need it I don't understand why I was treated that way plus was told he would contact my doctor with info and when I talked to my doctor nothing was every told to her and he basically ignored my concerns and when I got upset left... read more
