Today was my daughter’s first visit and the staff was absolutely AMAZING. Dr. Mindy and the nurse we had I believe her name was Jonisha was absolutely amazing and worked WONDERFUL with my 4 year old. Dr. Mindy and Nurse Jonisha payed attention to detail of my every concern and made sure to address my concerns and provide me with solutions before leaving her appointment. LeBlanc pediatrics has been so wonderful to my children. Any concerns are addressed in a quick response things that I have faught tooth and nail to get a diagnosis for my autistic son they helped me get it in less than a year. Dr LeBlanc and his whole staff truly make you feel cared for.
I’m extremely disappointed with my last visit. During my 2 month old baby’s appointment, the office gave us a ready-to-feed formula bottle to feed her. Later, I saw the formula had expired 2 months ago. My baby drank 2 oz of expired formula, and afterward had unusual vomiting and fussiness for 2 days. I never would have thought I’d have to check whether or not the formula the pediatrician gave me was safe or not. Absolutely LOVE Mindy.. my sons 9 months and has been seeing her since he was newborn..she’s amazing, always listens to concerns and is very quick with responding to the portal if I ever needed anything. She’s a total sweetheart. We love her.
