RecommendedWe have been coming to Dr. LeBlanc For several years, I appreciate his care and concern with my daughters teeth He has shown compassion for her and is looking out for her appearance as she gets older which I am grateful for. The staff goes above and beyond their duties to make their patients comfortable, very outgoing, and very helpful with any questions. RecommendedWe had an accident with some stairs and my 5 year olds mouth got pretty banged up. They let us come in, right when they were supposed to be closing. Took great care of us and helped me calm down. Very thankful for the kind staff and knowledgeable Dr.
This specific office (Overland Park, 144th/Metcalf) would not compromise with us after a mutual mistake was made and we are taking our business elsewhere because of it. We also requested a transfer or records(which we had to pay for) to be sent to our new provider over two weeks ago. This has yet to happen. RecommendedI just took my four year old for his first dentist appointment. Everyone that worked with him was amazing! He was understandably nervous and cried when getting the x-rays of his teeth and while the doctor worked on his teeth. They were very patient and didn’t push to do more than my son could handle. I will definitely be bringing my son here for the foreseeable future.
Nice environment for kids and friendly hygienists at the Olathe office but very poorly run. The last two visits we waited more than 30 minutes in the lobby for appointments that we were on time for. I purposefully schedule early morning appointments in order to still make it to my job at a reasonable time, rush to get three small children to your office only to sit and only be called back after I express my frustration to a young woman at the front desk who could care less.
