I am so unbelievably disappointed and let down. After my first appointment, my brows were great loved them, but after my second appointment, Jenny went way darker than I would’ve liked and now my brows are a really dark and gray ashy color. Best brows ever! Jenny is the best! She knows just what to do and is an artist in crafting your brows. I had almost no brows and now they are perfection. I have been going for about six years (had them done 3X)and every time they turn out so good. She is the one you want to have do your brows! She's the best! Thank you Jenny!

Initially my brows turned out great but after the follow up the were much darker than i would have liked. Jennys response was to get them lasered but i didnt want to. I am hoping Jenny will be willing to touch them up for me, initially i felt like she didn’t want to fix them for me but i am hoping she is willing to still touch them up. I had nano brows done here in March, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. After the service, my brows developed an increasingly neon yellow discoloration that was not present beforehand. I have undergone multiple professional laser removal sessions, and each provider I’ve seen has confirmed the pigment used in March is the cause of the issue — not the laser itself. I feel extremely letdown and disappointed. I initially thought that my brows turned out OK but after my touchup appointment, they look nothing like my first appointment. They are way too dark and the lines look way thicker. Im not sure if she did a bad job on purpose but I have spent over $1000 on my Brows, $700 (600 +100tip) for the first appointment and $200 + 50 tip for the second appointment plus tip and her only suggestion was to get them lasered.
