Considerably less than impressed. Was told the cashout process for a 401k would take "3 to 4 business days" then id receive an email and 3 days later the money would be in my bank. Thats was 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for an email.
The bad reviews written are written by plan participants who do not understand the process. The TPA firm has to abide by IRS regulations, DOL regulations, as well as adhere to the specifications of the plan document. In no case would Lebenson ever be responsible for writing a check to a participant, they process the distribution requests and then submit them to be processed by whichever investment firm the plan uses.
