Don't buy furniture from this company. Whenever your furniture breaks even with the extended warranty they will tell you they are not going to fix it. I'm out 2800 on a recliner that collapses on its base because they don't want to do anything about it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company has refused to be flexible about delivery times and has had my couch since early April. They just cancelled a delivery and want to push it back to June 20th. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.

She quickly jabbed her disclaimer about taking 48-72hrs to reply to voicemails, but seemingly not knowing she failed those timeframes in my initial contact attempts in March, April, and last week. She scheduled my repair (a full 3wks from now🤦♂️). Although I am relieved to finally have a date, the circumstances are unacceptable. Lebco Industries, (dba La-Z-Boy Furniture), Austin, TX. I purchased two recliners from the La-Z-Boy store in south Austin on Saturday, September 28, 2019. I paid a 50% deposit with my credit card, was told by the sales rep that the chairs would likely be delivered in 5-6 weeks and the balance would be charged to my credit card upon delivery.
