Disappointing care in recent years since a chronic medical condition. I'm sure if you have something common there still fine. They don't seem patient centered any more. Things seem more corporate there now.
What I thought was going to be a cost free routine physical ended up costing me over $170 because the doctor did blood work that wasn't considered to be routine by the insurance company and therefore not covered. I called into LVFM and they couldn't have cared less. I've been a patient here for over 20 years and that will be my last visit. Anyone have a recommendation for a decent facility to check out in the area? Thanks
Doctors are fantastic, billing staff needs to learn how to do their jobs properly however.
