RecommendedPersonalized service...convenient and good prices.
Masks are mandated in all public spaces in Pennsylvania. Masks are not effective when noses aren’t covered. I witnessed the pharmacist without a mask on at all. I witnessed several employees with their mask below their nose. You service elderly patients who are at risk; please take this seriously. I’m absolutely disgusted by the staff’s lack of protection for the public and themselves.
family-owned Pharmacy are the greatest. Mt.Lebanon shops pharmacy is wonderful they really care about their customers. They take the time with each individual customer, they treat you like family.
It's so nice to see a family owned business who actually care about their customers and know them personally. Always great service. I no longer live in the area, but I really miss this pharmacy since I'm now stuck with a big chain which is just not the same. Miss you guys!
I worked in pharmacy for many years, for chain and privately owned pharmacies. The Pharmacists at Lebanon Shops are the nicest, kindest, most knowledgeable and caring (staff as well) people I have ever met! The delivery people are incredible too! I just want to thank all of you, especially Tom and Diane for going unbelievably above and beyond what any other pharmacy would never do! Can't say enough about this pharmacy!! I made the switch from Giant Eagle and Rite Aid. HUGE difference!!! I come from a family of pharmacists and drug store (Rexall) owners. I should have known all along that this would be better!! Just sorry it took me so long to get here!!
Excellent service! Always helpful. Very fair in prices. I appreciate the personal attention when I get my medicines - they are so helpful with insurance/doctor issues. Good for getting medical/surgical supplies - they will o0rder them in if they don't have them
