Rented a unit and the manager was extreemly condescending after we moved in. Found a dead rat in the unit after only a month. Too difficult to deal with the fast talking manager. Price was confusing and not as quoted. I would not recommend this facility.
Top notch experience
So far so good. Office guy in the Lincoln St office was a peach. Jonestown self storage clean and easily accessible. Decent prices for covered RV parking. Very flexible.
