In the night I sent a Rx refill request to Kim, Dr. Campbell’s assistant. Assuming she would check it in the morning. She sent the wrong Rx in, if the pharmacy hadn’t caught it it could have been fatal. Kim said to take all the pills at once. This is not the first time Kim has sent a fatal Rx.
