After a year without a dentist visit, I expected a tough day at the appointment and was literally anxious about it, especially since I knew I hadn't been the best steward of dental hygiene. From check in, through x-rays, cleaning and Dr. Kelly Thomas' assessment... there was a positive and encouraging feel that put me at ease. Will not say that I can't wait to go back to the dentist but I can say I will not dread it or want to go anywhere else.
I am a nervous patient...I was having a new crown put in and, with the Olympics on to distract me, the experience went well.
Love this place! Everyone is so friendly, professional and customer service focused.

I was a bit nervous going in but everyone made me feel very relaxed. I was having a old metal filling removed and replaced with a white one. I didn't feel any discomfort at all I will definitely refer others here

I found Leawood Cosmetic and Family Dentistry because I was very dissatisfied with my dentist of 15+ years. I did some research, read reviews and after visiting, I know I found the right place. The staff was kind and welcoming. The appointment started and was conducted in a timely manner. Dr. Thomas is amazing.
