Signed up for a home inspection on 1/9/26 and promptly received the following response from Mike, outlining timing, expectations, and a next-day delivery of the inspection report. Here's what he sent: “Thank you for placing the online inspection order. My next AM opening is Monday at 9 AM. It will take 2–2.5 hours to finish the site inspection. If there were more good choices about what I like, they would all be chosen. This is a lengthy review, but Michael is so good that I want to be clear about how good he is. My family and I moved into a rental home that have not had the proper cleaning or repairs done prior to our move in. It was filthy and unlivable. I am not from Utah and am purchasing my first home. I walked through a home today with Michael and it is difficult for me to convey how helpful he really was. He was on time, sociable, and very nice. He was easy to talk with, EXTREMELY informative, thorough, and I did not feel rushed at all.
