Started to become a regular at this coffee shop, but went through this morning, and my coffee wasn’t made like it typically is. I asked if they could make it the way I usually have it made because something wasn’t right. I offered to pay again because they had to remake it (I felt bad for asking to have it fixed) and instead of just remaking it they actually did charge me to make it again. Don’t know that I’ll be back for a while. $30 for two large coffees and it still didn’t taste right. Very disappointing.
I was very disappointed. These salads used to be amazing and full of food. It was lettuce. Maybe 5 tiny cubes of chicken.
I went today for the first time. Nobody served me at the first window for 10 minutes, so I just kept driving to the second window. The girl who worked there was extremely rude didn’t even say hi or be friendly at all she just said go around to the first window. She also refused to take my order at second window and told me to drive all the way around the building. I will not be back, terrible experience. Wish people would be kinder during the holidays
