One of the worst experiences with this company. No matter how many times we tell them to fix the issues , they don’t fix. Not a one problem but a lot of issues. They unexpectedly change the lease rules and add the extra charges. They don’t tell the full things .On the top they blame the tenants for mistakes they should fix. I personally suggest you to avoid this company at all. (Belleville Ontario)
I have used Blue Anchor for over a year now to manage a multi unit residential building that I own in Trenton. They have been very professional and knowledgeable when dealing with my tenants as well as my company. I will continue to use their services in the future and I recommend them to any landlord in the region.
Girl friend and I got a place for a showing then they wanted a credit report and make me run around for all these different things they needed like a paystub of a job I'm not even working for anymore... We had to be out by the 28th of February had 2 baby's I gave them 24 to 48 and I text and asked he do you think we got the place after we got our hopes up BC they were pretty much saying I got it and what move in date I wanted then they ghost me don't answer my call or text and I just want to know so I can keep hunting hopefu... read more
