Maintenance requests are addressed quickly, communication is consistent, and there’s transparency in how issues are handled. I have 2 properties managed by Blue anchor!!! I’ve had a positive experience working with this property management company. Communication has been clear and timely, and any maintenance issues were handled efficiently. I appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness, especially when it comes to tenant concerns and property upkeep. Overall, they provide reliable service and make the ownership/tenancy experience smoother.

One of the worst experiences with this company. No matter how many times we tell them to fix the issues , they don’t fix. Not a one problem but a lot of issues. They unexpectedly change the lease rules and add the extra charges. They don’t tell the full things .On the top they blame the tenants for mistakes they should fix. I personally suggest you to avoid this company at all. (Belleville Ontario)

I have used Blue Anchor for over a year now to manage a multi unit residential building that I own in Trenton. They have been very professional and knowledgeable when dealing with my tenants as well as my company.
