I have used Blue Anchor for over a year now to manage a multi unit residential building that I own in Trenton. Girl friend and I got a place for a showing then they wanted a credit report and make me run around for all these different things they needed like a paystub of a job I'm not even working for anymore... I would reate them a 0 if i could. They never came to fix the concerning issues. Only kept wasting our time by sending out different people to quote on repairs. They lied to the landlord saying the fixed a window that has been broken since we moved in saying they fixed it and that we must have broken it again. There is free hanging branch in the yard that is like 20 feet up that they never addressed that if it fall if will injure someone.
