Rayven is amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable and does such an amazing job. Would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to get into waxing.
I was very understanding of the technician’s personal schedule and even reached out to reschedule. However, I never received a response, and both of my appointments ended up not happening. In the end, I was told to find services elsewhere even though I had made the bookings in advance. Unfortunately, this was quite disappointing and unprofessional.
Professional technology! But it‘s not a professional reservation! You need to respect the customer‘s time.
