We went to this place when we watched Shen Yun. We chose it because it's convenient, right next to Segerstrom and because I have limited mobility (with crutches although not permanent), Their handicap ramp is several steps away which would require me to walk even farther to get up to the restaurant. Even though their receptionist saw me coming in, he did not even bother opening the door for me. He just looked at me as if I was not struggling to open the door with 2 crunches on. Our first time dining here, prior to attending an event at Segerstrom that checks all the boxes. The musical-themed three course dinner was a such a fun surprise to find on the menu. We appreciated the upscale but not stuffy vibe and soft music that still allows for conversation. Well done!
Ordered halibut albeit the menu is very limited and just not down to earth for the price. I wondered what happened to the rest of the fish very bland not even mashed potatoes. If you’re about status this is your place Emperors New Clothes. If not I suggest Maggianos, Antonellos, Quattro can’t go wrong my friend 🤔
Beautiful location next to Segerstrom on Avenue of the Arts. The inside has unique lighting, dimmer, intimate and very quiet. Limited menu for food and wine. The service is impeccable and as such, combined with locale and ambiance it earns four stars. The filet (see picture) was a decent size, cooked perfectly but lacked seasoning and minimal of the advertised peppercorn flavor. Food wasn’t better than three stars.
