Stopped by before a performance for drinks and dessert after having dinner elsewhere. Sat at the bar... Drinks were great and the service even better!!!! However, DO NOT order the panna cotta!!! What they bring you is a large ramekin-like plate (cazuela) of what seems like Greek yogurt with a bit of like a passion fruit chutney. As soon as we set eyes on it, we KNEW it wasn't panna cotta. Dining here was astonishingly delightful! We arrived early for our show at Segerstrom, so we dropped in for dinner at Cafe Rouge. We had no reservation, but they were able to seat us right away.
