Appalling experience with this mob. Julian promises the world but never delivers. Extensive urgent repairs well overdue. Unwilling to negotiate and compromise and tries to blame the victim despite his responsibilities to uphold the lease agreement. Please go elsewhere and same yourself money, stress and heartache
Not the best experience with leasing property WA. They can take weeks to respond to emails but expect prompt responses when they email you. But I guess that's property managers these days.

We rented through LPWA for a year, they were extremely prompt, friendly and respectful, it’s easy to request any services you need, LPWA treat good tenants how they should be treated! We got our full bond back which is unheard of, after we kept our place in great condition, so pleased and very thankful
