I have used Leasing Plus for 5 years to rent a small house for me. They have leased the property twice in 5 years and both tenants were excellent. Their experience helped me in placing a great tenant in the property. They showed the property, called references discussed their findings with me, prepared the lease, handled the move-in and did the walkthrough. I would recommend Leasing Plus to other owners.

God awful. Horrible people. It's probably easier getting one of those stone faced managers to smile than to get something fixed. But if you are late on rent, you bet your bottom that they are right on top of sending you an eviction notice. You are just rent to them. That's it.

Shockerfan aka "Leasing Plus employee" your review is laughable. I am in the military and have leased houses/apts in many citites, I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is the by far the worst leasing company I have ever used and probably one of the worst in the country.. no exaggeration . Jill is extemely rude and unprofessional. Leasing plus is the best apartment managing company. They are quick to respond to my calls and courteous to me when I call. When my sink was stopped up, the landlord came over that same day and fixed it right away. When the AC went out this summer, they placed me in a hotel for a night until they got it fixed. I recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible Management – The owners of the properties may not be too bad but Leasing Plus certainly has some work to do on their customer service and professionalism. I lived at one of their properties for several years and Vickie was always rude when I called. She rarely got back to me in a timely fashion and always came across as angry or put out because I had called. Don't expect maintenance issues to be addressed timely or at all in some cases. Horrible Customer Service – Spoke w/Jill and she comes across very rudely. She doesn't act very eager to rent one of their properties, mind you, that they take care of for someone else! I had to call 3 times before I even got someone to answer the phone.

Worst customer service – Leasing agent Jill was more than rude when I was inquiring about a property. She answered every question I asked with a snippy remark, showing no interest in even trying to rent one of her properties. Uncalled for attitude plus the coldest eyes I have ever seen. I would hate to pay such an evil person rent money every month.
