After a rough start where they emailed, but didn't follow-up, they were great at communication. Our tech, Victor worked with us to find a good time and did a great job on the repair of our toilet!
The gentleman who was sent out for our major electrical repair work is a plumber. Barely even looked and said the problem is in the wall so it’s not wear and tear, therefore not covered. Unbelievable!!! He also said to my husband, why did you buy this fixer upper? Are you kidding me??!! I’ve lived in a fixer upper and this is NOTHING like that!!
Very pleased with technician who arrived to estimate my bathroom repair work. He kept me updated on each phase of his work order progress. Lionel Smith was his name very affable personsonality and politeness.
