I had an excellent experience with Leasing & Etc. LLC in Dallas! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and provided great customer service from start to finish. I really appreciate how responsive and helpful they were—definitely a company that cares about their clients. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and trustworthy leasing services in the Dallas area!
This is from my experience….. As stated by another review there are several concerns as it pertains to this company and how they do business. 1) No one ever answers the phone which is odd. When then do answers all you get is excuses. 2) Service requests are left unworked and unanswered for weeks if not months. 3) items are left in your garage as storage and you have to several times for them to come pick up their equipment 4) inappropriately staffed. No one ever answers calls or responds to voicemails or emails. Guess they really don’t care to make any money
