Richard is unprofessional and disrespectful. He does not care about tenants, only profit, and has no problem exploiting and threatening people. Another power hungry abusive landlord who wants to be a cop. AVOID.
UPDATE: The landlord, Crystal Byrd Ogbadu, owes me thousands of dollars and is ghosting me about it. I found out that for the past 2+ years, the heater, washer and dryer, and common lighting for the entire 3-unit building I live in is connected to my private meter, and I am liable for utilities which I have no control over.
