I have been renting my place for 2 years almost, and Leasing Baltimore came and took over my lease. They sent 2 "contractors" for a walkthrough and suddenly told me I am not allowed to use my own backyard or basement because it's "not in my lease", despite having verbal and written confirmation that I can use those spaces! They told me I can pay extra to rent those spaces. What a joke. These people are con artists. Avoid at all costs.
Leasing Baltimore is a professional leasing company. I have used them for several tenant turnovers with quality tenants. They are very responsive and reliable. They provide expectations and keep their clients abreast with status updates. They have good resources and I am pleased with the level of support I have received from the company... and I am not the easiest to be satisfied.
This property management company cares about their tenants needs and concerns. Problems are reported and they fast to address them.
