This is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with, and I strongly warn anyone considering renting from them — don’t. Living here has been a nightmare. The rat infestation alone should have shut this place down. Rats in walls, ceilings, near trash areas, and signs of them inside buildings. It’s not occasional — it’s constant. Richard is unprofessional and disrespectful. He does not care about tenants, only profit, and has no problem exploiting and threatening people. Another power hungry abusive landlord who wants to be a cop. AVOID.
UPDATE: The landlord, Crystal Byrd Ogbadu, owes me thousands of dollars and is ghosting me about it. I found out that for the past 2+ years, the heater, washer and dryer, and common lighting for the entire 3-unit building I live in is connected to my private meter, and I am liable for utilities which I have no control over. Now they aren't responding to my messages.
