*********UPDATE: So after writing this review, we did get some things fixed but incomplete. They started puting new flooring in 3 months ago in our bathrooms but they still never came back and finished, so for 3 or 4 months now we have had half finished flooring. They also came 3 months ago and replaced our appliances which was great! But the oven does not work which we let them know and STILL have not came and fixed or replaced it like they said. We set up a showing for a home that was listed at $1395/mo if you applied within 24 hrs. They mention nothing of wanting their applicants to have a certain “credit score”. I asked the woman who did our showing while we were there if they “required” a certain credit score and she stood there and told us no. So then I also asked about the price because it was then listed at $1695. She then told me the ad was wrong and it is $1495….but after it was listed for $1395 when I saw it. We have lived in our condo for almost 3 years and pay our rent early every month,all to never have any of our maintenance request honored. We have reported our patio sliding door does not lock at all for the past 2 months and no response, which there is no screen on it either because when we first moved in they told us they would replace but never did.
