If I could give negative stars, I would. This leasing “agent” is an absolute joke. I applied for a duplex, paid an application fee and a deposit, and then got denied with no explanation whatsoever. Trying to contact them was nearly impossible. These folks were amazing. I moved from several states away and was trying to avoid the time and expense to fly out to look at apartments. When I found a unit online with Lease Wichita, Elizabeth took me on a Facebook video tour and answered all of my questions. When I arrived at the new apartment, it was exactly as described, and I am so thrilled and thankful how easy she made this process.
