They are the leasing agent for a home near my home. They do not provide landscaping maintenance and the place is overgrown with weeds and trash. They allowed their tenants to keep four overflowing trash bins in front of their house at all times. The tenants got evicted 3 weeks ago and no one from the leasing company has been by to pick up the rotten pumpkin and garbage from the porch. I would not recommend this company to anyone

1 Star Terrible Experience from Start to Finish If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This company has been nothing but unprofessional and unresponsive. Anytime you try to call the office, it just rings endlessly and on the rare occasion someone answers, there’s nothing but silence or breathing on the line. We have had mold issues for 4 years. We have repeatedly sent in requests for this to be fixed. We have mold in the shower, we have mold on window sills, we have mold on the kitchen ceiling. This duplex is only ten years old. They assured us that this wasn’t mold. It kept growing and surprise surprise. It is mold. God only knows what long term health issues we will have from this.
