Dont work here. Company is now owned by a company called Genpact, from India. When they came in, we were told to clock in early from 10minute breaks, and our lunches to qualify for incentive programs, of course if you dont qualify that goes against performance reviews. Very understaffed...Management, NOT EVEN HR is available to you.
Manager wants to recruit me but I don't want to do a phone interview I want to see the person face to face I literally like give up over the phone because there's no contact or connection to seeing anyone in person especially eye contact. I literally will be trying to get off the phone because I care less if I'm on the phone versus being right up in front of someones face.
