I've been seeing a provider through Learning to Achieve Wellness for eight months. My provider is absolutely wonderful. She's attentive and really listens to my concerns. Unfortunately, there is so much chaos behind the scenes that it overshadows every appointment I have with my provider. The main source of the chaos comes directly from the billing department. The entire place was very clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The staff at the front desk were very kind and welcoming, and wait time is very short. The atmosphere is very relaxing and gives warming energy. The providers are very understanding and really know how to help with treatment. Everyone in the office is so professional. If you are looking for a trusting facility for your mental health, I highly recommend coming here.
