The nurse Diana at the learning services is awesome.she always put her patients first.she knew her stuff.and and one of the caretakers stormy she was awesome too.between Diana and stormy they took very good care of my son in law.couldnt of asked for better care from them.
Bad care for patients in that place today I have a problem with this place and I don't know how to get it out of there since they filed a lawsuit with the court and replaced me as guardian
The nurses at learning services completely ignore the buzzers to call help to the residents rooms. They have conversations and put other priorities first. They also make so much noise at night: slamming doors, banging cleaning supplies, and talking loudly. It prevents the patients from getting good sleep. They talk loudly and rudely in the early morning and during the day when we need our peace and quiet for healing. Sometimes they do a really good job.
Learning Services puts residents at safety risk by not supplying adequate coverage of staffing for residents requiring 1:1 service, visual supervision, and other Levels of Supervision as the funding has provided. 1:1 service is provided, however, to residents requiring little to no safety risk. Special attention is paid to certian residents but those who do not have family and who can not verbally request there needs are often forgotten.
