It is dirty, there is a nest of snakes right outside the building and there is no elevator for those attending a party on the second floor who might be handicapped in some way and unable to climb two flights of stairs. I was not overly impressed with the facility on a whole. The staff was friendly and accommodating however.

I am sorry to hear that you ware disappointed. We are consistently considered to be an extremely clean facility. If there was something in particular that you though was "dirty", please reply. We are a small entertainment center without the luxury of space for an elevator. Therefore, we do have a small party room that is on the first floor for customers who have difficulty with stairs.
Had a fun time with my 4 boys on a Sunday afternoon!

I had my daughters fifth birthday there and I will definitely host more of my kids' parties there. The staff are attentive, accommodating and friendly. The best part is that I can watch my kids from the party room! Bounce Magic is bigger, but that's actually not ideal when you're chasing around a party of four-year-olds. I will be taking my kids to Leaps N' Bounce from now on.

Very disappointed we had a party for last night starting at 5, you are suppose to get your food within 30 of party starting. At 6 I asked where the food was I was informed they never placed the order for our party, we finally got the food at about 655 and had to be out by 730 .. It was done very poorly and I was very disappointed
