Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The owner, Leann, was not present, and the employee assisting customers was rude, seemed unsure of the services being provided, and communicated poorly throughout the visit. I was also quoted prices that were higher than the rates listed, which was frustrating and confusing. Best pedicure I’ve ever had! The staff was incredibly friendly, the salon was spotless, and the attention to detail was amazing. My feet have never felt or looked better. So relaxing from start to finish — I’ll definitely be coming back
I am dumbfounded at how horrible my nails came out and appalled at the behavior of the salon owner and her employee (or daughter?). I came yesterday 5/5 to get a gel mani and pedi yesterday, and my manicure was genuinely the worst manicure I have ever seen. Not only were my nails filed into different shapes and lengths (too short, crooked, rough edges, scratchy) , but the polish was uneven, bumpy and SO thick. Reading others’ responses, I see that I’m not the only one who has been treated so badly! To avoid taxes, they ask cash or venmo, and when you don’t have any of them, you can see the hostile look on their faces. Learn a little bit of manners, and customer relations before starting a business!!! Please go to many other friendly places!
The best pedicure I’ve ever gotten! The staff is great and the owner Leann is so nice! I won’t be going anywhere else for my nail needs. The hot stone massage was top tier. My feet and legs have never felt better.
