Asked for platinum blonde all over color, but was forced to get almost a yellow blonde color and didn’t get my whole head like I asked. Paid 120$ And wanted my hair how I wanted MY hair. She seemed to really not feel like doing the blonde that I wanted and to make matters worse she cut my hair shorter than I asked as well
