We went, but they were closed due to equipment failure. Will try again sometime.
My mother placed an order for 4 of their largest subs for my baby shower a week in advance. The day of, my brother drives a half hour across town to pick up the subs to find a sign on the door saying they’re closed due to equipment failure. No communication. No text, no calls, no email. I can’t fault them for equipment failing but to not communicate that the order we already paid for couldn’t be fulfilled is beyond ridiculous.
