I will give 0 to this place, if you have an emergency that you need to see your doctor, if you don't have appointment you can't, they always said you need to go to emergency room especially the girl that is on the front an appear to be a manage because every one ask her. so why do you have un medico de cabezera, si necesitas in appointment para poderlo ver.La proxima vez voy a llamar al canal 23 para que se presenten ahi o por lo menos les digan a ellos el nombre del gerente a ver como es possible esa ley,

I would give this office/company a 0 if i could. The authorization policy is ridiculous. The Dr gave me an "urgent referral" to see a Urologist due to a possible obstructing kidney stone, and their headquarters said it would take them 7 days to release authorization. After speaking with my insurance company, it takes 2 minutes to release an authorization. Therefore, this medical center is inconsiderate towards their patients and clearly only in it for the fast money because they are continuously losing patients under 'senior... read more
