Unfortunate low ball estimate on my piece. Had to walk away from the deal, ended up selling it for 240$ more than what they offered and 80$ more than the price they said was 'way off' Its the name of the game I guess, but I was slightly insulted nonetheless. This jewelry business is one of the "best kept secrets" in central Texas. As soon as I walked through the door, I knew I was in the right place. This is a family run business and every family member is a real jewel (pun intended). Just listening to the family history was mesmerizing and their knowledge of jewelry goes back many generations.
