Sometimes going into a jewelry store can feel a little intimidating, but they made the entire process comfortable, welcoming, and informative from the start. I had brought in a black rhodium plated engagement ring set that I wanted soldered together. I was told the soldering could be done and the rhodium plating redone. I asked about leaving the sterling silver underneath exposed since the original rhodium was scratching so easily. I was told that’s not a good idea since the previous black rhodium would be impossible to completely remove due to the details/crevices in the ring leaving visible black residue in those little cracks and it wouldn’t look good. My watch band broke and I asked them to fix it. They quickly repaired it and they told me not to worry about paying for the repair. It was a kind gesture.

Terrific service here! I popped in today for a small watch strap adjustment and it was done well and didn't cost much at all. The owners were very friendly! While I was there I observed another customer get very a very good jewelery eaning service done, and he left the business all smiles. Highly recommended!
